Nutritional Therapy

Basic Nutritional Therapy is a wonderful place to begin to learn about nourishing yourself properly, healthier food choices, healthier home and body care practices and products, and lifestyle habits. I use nutritional assessment diagnostics to chart any imbalances you may have, and work with you to come up with ideas of how to incorporate healthier eating and lifestyle practices that support your own individual needs and help to restore your health and body. I serve you as coach and educator to support making lifelong changes for your health and longevity.

This includes education in:

  • Nutrient dense foods

  • Blood sugar regulation

  • Digestion

  • Fatty Acids

  • Minerals

  • Hydration

  • Lifestyle choices
