Kraut and Carrots
In this class I will be teaching the artisanal craft of how to make traditional sauerkraut and fermented ginger carrots! YUM! You will learn the amazing health benefits of lacto-fermented vegetables and fruits, and their addition to a delicious meal. This class goes into greater depth of how the ancients understood the important changes that took place chemically during this type of fermentation, the powerful effects of these probiotic foods eaten regularly and their role in cultivating a healthy gut microbiome.
